She'll tell you how she would do it

If you ask your lead - how to do something, she is going to tell you how she would do it, and that you need to follow the same. You probably won’t like it, because that’s her way of getting things done.

Everyone has different comfort levels with different kind of tasks, what looks easy to her might not really be easy to you and vice-versa. So, if you want to get things done your own way, then just do it and then ask your lead for suggestions. You’ll see that she is most likely to tell you to go ahead with your idea (may be with some tweaks). In the end, both are happy (you and your work J).

I hope you got my point. Also, I have no problems with my lead J, she's really good. This post is for guys who keep asking others on how to get things done.

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. If you are hiring, the best fit for you would be someone who can fit right-in without any kind of training. There are a lot of guys like that out in the market, but the challenge is that you need to find them, that explains why monster.com and naukri.com is such a big hit.
