Revamped GITI

The title does not sound good enough nor does the two words fit but that is exactly what i am about 2 do.....Change myself for my own betterment.

Things i will look for ( in myself ):
  1. Relationships
  2. keep a Smile on the face ( always ) as it brings laurels
  3. Exercise
  4. Contentment
  5. Behavior- Take initiative and talk to the person you know and establish relationship, never participate in gossips, Never give free advices as they may invite unnecessary trouble so advice when asked to
  6. Win everyones affection
  7. Being obedient to higher authorities
  8. Control anger and never allow a want for dominating
  9. Attempt everything sincerely and leave nothing to chance
  10. Get inspired
  11. Learn manners and maintain discipline
  12. Whenever i take help from other i should express my gratitude towards them by usage of some words like "thanks or please etc "
  13. Sleep adequately - At least and utmost 6hrs of sleep is normal and healthy for the mind and body
  14. Do meditation and yoga
  15. Positive thinking, always refute negative thoughts
  16. Sense of humor- this is very essential for coolness of our mind and an easy going lifestyle
  17. Never give up policy
  18. Self-confidence
  19. Cultivate good habits to take me to a happy mood like listening 2 music etc
  20. Develop strong desires
  21. Taking nutritious diet and also having lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables
  22. Have a lot of faith in god
  23. Speak politely and lightly
  24. Help other and do not have any selfish motives
  25. Stop worrying and stay calm
  26. Do not think about the past nor worry about the future as the past is past and the future is unpredictable
  27. Feel assertive
  28. Keep motivating oneself
  29. Excuse unwanted critics, leave them unnoticed
  30. Never 2 compare myself with others
  31. Always think failures and troubles make life beautiful
  32. Never lie "Better do die than lie"
  33. Find the meaning or the purpose of whatever is done by me
  34. Be devoted to GOD
  35. Not to fear failure and not be lazy at any point of time
  36. No postponement mentality
  37. Have an aim in life and do accordingly
  38. Be systematic
  39. Spend silent moments for some time
  40. Cultivate hobbies
  41. Use brain properly and give it rest and structure it for better functioning
  42. Visit places
  43. Don't look for perfection
  44. Stop dreaming and start working
  45. Improve on strength and at the same time build up on the shortcomings

Again as its a list there may be a lot of points which i would have missed out but still i feel i should first develop on them. I m a good human being and have some purpose in life which is still left for being discovered so the hunt for it begins. Good night !!!!!
