My HOUR POWER
I have been into one of the audio books which had lottsa seeds, So i just went for it and i m lucky to have done that.
The books name is
Anthony Robbins - Get The Edge
its really gr8....Its not that i have heard it fully, its just that today was my first day and its a 7day or a 30day program (that totally depends on the listener(me)). My first day of listening is over and i have got highly influenced by this Man.
One things which i want to implement from today is the " HOUR POWER mechanism " in my day 2 day life- This is because of a fact which really stuck my mind after listening to todays session, its that every time of the day we just keep giving giving giving giving and just giving but its all going to someone else..... WHAT ABOUT ONESELF????...I aint giving time 2 myself, now thats where the problem lies. So i am implementing this with full determination and hope it continues till my life.
Things 2 do in this Hour:
Thats good enough for an hour....... k then......Road 2 my commitment/Fulfillment is a gr8 contender for my next post....;-)....tata

Things 2 do in this Hour:
- Thank God & my parents for what ever i have and experienced so far
- Pray God (this would be गायत्री मंत्र as far as i know)
- Think about what emotions i have experienced which are good and which are bad.
- Make a commitment to the day and juice it up with a question like "How am i gonna add meaning to this day of my Life????????"
- Meditate (breathing exercise and some yoga आसना )
Thats good enough for an hour....... k then......Road 2 my commitment/Fulfillment is a gr8 contender for my next post....;-)....tata
