"Seen by" feature on Facebook - even the things that aren't remarkable will get a remark


When people ask stupid questions like “did you see my photo that I just posted on Facebook?” or “did you read the article about how to shave armpits?”, I say “nope, I might have missed it”. Now I can't even say that ;-D.

Just a thought, does one wish to know that the post was seen by 50 people and just 3 guys pseudo-appreciated it (clicked LIKE/comment)? I think, it might piss some people off. And yes! There is something about this “Seen by” feature; whenever I see my name in the “Seen by” list, I say to myself “Holy shit! Now everyone knows that I was here, and if I don’t leave a comment, the guy who posted it might think that the post wasn't worthy of my remark, and that I am an asshole :-D”.

This feature makes a whole lot of sense for anyone but users. I think, advertisers/marketing guys will love the “Seen by” feature, but, it’s not fair to the 900 million users. Also, at times, I post things that don't require a remark (or that are simply not remarkable), but the “Seen by” feature gives me a remark anyhow (awkward).

What else is Facebook planning? a feature that shows people who visited their profile? So you mean, we can't even stalk the pretty girls and their pretty online albums on Facebook!!! This shit just got heavy! if this happens, I am switching to Google+ :-D.

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day.
