When you know you aren't good enough

Was this video made for me, I guess so. May be, millions of people go through this same feeling as I, but just a few thousands come out of it winning. This guy says, in your career you always go through a phase where you are not a beginner, you are an experienced guy with good insights on how things work, and you know you aren't as good as you can be. There is this thing in his voice that tells you why most people give up in this phase. Frankly, I too am going through this phase and I find it really hard to not give my best in the things I do (no seriously, I can do way better). 

We all do our work passionately (correction, some of us do it that way ;-)), but that is not all that it takes, there is this continuous shitty feeling we have whenever we deliver things coz we know we could have done it better. How to solve this problem? it's dead straight, you just have to keep moving forward and have highly result-oriented work in your agenda each day of the year. Yeah I know...it's that straight/simple.

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. Reporting at Wipro office , (Guindy) Chennai- reached half an hour before and the process started just as we reached i.e. at 8:00am (bang on time) Talent ready to transform Form filling - have everything calculated to enter in your form i.e. all the 10th,12th & semester wise percentages.
