5 minutes to reflect

that's just about how much you need to see what could have possible gone wrong or right in a 8 hr work week. There is just so much that you can do in 8 hrs of office time, it's really wise to just make use of the last 5 minutes of the day to reflect on all that happened (sounds old school, but it still makes total sense coz unfortunately we don't have a software for this).

What is there to reflect on: Could have done better | Will not do like that again | Doesn't work this way | He is good at that | She is not so helpful with this | This time of the day is perfect for doing this | what you said, what they heard.
If we don't pause to think about it, we are apt to overlook these kinds of communications. And we often do. But in a world where we depend on others to achieve anything in life, they are essential.
