"Is there and doing" guy

I just realized that with so many people online doing the same thing in different geographies, all you need is a good reach to find that perfect guy who is not just a "Been there done that" guy, but is actually "Is there and doing" guy. All the guys who-are-doing-it can help you much more than guys who-have-done-it a long time back.

Experts are always very helpful and irreplaceable whatsoever, but, for a JUST IN TIME help, you don't always need a "Been there done that" guy, you'd be better with a "Is there and doing" guy.

Let me talk geek for a minute. I am a part of a scrum team doing Agile Software development for quiet a lot of time now. If you are a technical writer in an Agile development project, you can take my free advise instead of going to a far experienced consultant/writer who had been a part of several Agile development projects a long time back. I don't say, I know more that what he knows (I am not stupid), but, I am sure that I can help you with what you want to know right NOW. If you are just getting started, I am the right guy...you don't need to pay some experienced guy to get information when I can give it for free.

PS: Just a thought, if you wanna start learning cooking; to know how to get started, you can approach someone who just started learning cooking a few months back and is still learning, instead of a super duper five start hotel cook taking RS 10,000 per month cooking classes. Again, it's just a thought, nothing concrete about it.

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. The candidate you want to hire

If you are hiring, the best fit for you would be someone who can fit right-in without any kind of training. There are a lot of guys like that out in the market, but the challenge is that you need to find them, that explains why monster.com and naukri.com is such a big hit. So, I’ve been doing some interviewing for quite a long time now, and I believe that some of the good ways for you to find a candidate is to: Target potential companies and not candidates – if you find a company that works exactly like you do, then you get candidates from there who fit right in. Target communities – Be a part of the community, contribute to the community, and hire people from the community.
