Try in English

It's simply snap judgement (reminds me of BLINK by Malcolm Gladwell), people don't really play by the rules coz they want what they feel like. I find it really difficult to speak vague and keep the other person thinking about how stupid I can be. I'd prefer to not answer, than to answer it vague; it's not just stupid, it's even worse as it brings out the nervousness and the inability to confront.


Just say it! say it on the face - whatever is that you feel like. I don't wanna guess, Communicate to win. Whenever you are asked certain things, answer them and make sure you give a closure. Precisely, don't make it a thread (reminds me of my MS Outlook archives). 


There was a small change required in some documentation, I tried to explain her (my colleague) - what needs to be done - over the messenger, guess what! after I wrote around a paragraph explaining her what to do, she replies "Try in English ;-)".


PS: I know her saying "Try in English" is derogatory, but I understood that I should have used some other mode of communication i.e. I could have walked to her cubicle instead of using the IM, my bad ;-).

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. If you are hiring, the best fit for you would be someone who can fit right-in without any kind of training.
