Whattt Expectations (PAY)??

In the morning, I was quite pissed from the CAT-08 result page. Later on, I started my review on the company which I am going to attend after an hour. Finally, I reached the office (not as expected) and started off my interview with InterGlobe Air Transport.

Round 1 (first & final round)
Interviewee: Sri Lakshmi
Me: Practically Insane

Sri Lakshmi: Hello (gives a handshake)
Insane: Hi how are you? (& shaking hands)
Sri Lakshmi: Tell me about yourself
Insane: Perfect answer...(;-))
Sri Lakshmi: How come technology sector to this place, it doesn't relate to your background
Insane: Again Perfect answer (these questions are like cake walk for me)
Sri Lakshmi:oh k!! (pretty convinced, calls another head)
Insane: hi hello again
Sri Lakshmi: Tell me about your interests.
Insane: Perfectomondo (cake walk)
Sri Lakshmi: briefing about the profile (sales executive profile)
Insane: oh yes I am interested
Sri Lakshmi: We usually don't take guys out of the aviation sector but your communications seems good & you can bring in different strategies to the business
Insane: Yes sir, hopefully.
Sri Lakshmi: Hands me a form to fill
Insane: Salary part (here comes the expectation shit, took around 20Min's to fill)
Sri Lakshmi: Very interested in it, but when she turned to the salary part (all her interest in me was blown out)
                                   
                                                      
Now where on earth does a guy with 17K salary expects 45k-55K..I seriously have some disorder

WHO'S FAULT
of course its my fault, I should have been realistic with the expectation. A person earning around 17,000/month cant ask for 45,000-55,000/month. I realised it after I got to hear the feedback of my father. Shit man!! This was a sure hit but this salary quotient is gonna take me down.


PS: Lets c what happens, if its a hit (only a miracle) then its a jackpot or else its a lesson for people like me who don't have practical/realistic expectations.
PS: When it comes to practical & realistic expectations, I can also conclude that me thinking of cracking CAT with the present ability is a full proof bullshit. So I am gonna work my ass off...c ya bye bye.

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day.
