Harmony is that important
Difference of opinion expressed in a nonsensical way is really stressful, and without a doubt, your mind gets bogged by negative thoughts all day, sometimes all week or even months. Guys who come to the office with all kinds of fights or uneasiness at home, carry some of that in their briefcase and pass it on to their colleagues. All is well as long as people around you can help, but the problem is that people don't seek help, instead they pass on the negativity through all kinds of channel.
Rest in peace everyone ;-), keep the stress baggage aside or else seek help and try to find a solution. FYI, you can make the other person dull by just talking to him on the phone or with your dull stare. Mind it! harmony at home and office makes everything easy.
Get it! Harmony is teamwork ;-). If you still cant be happy, at least fake being happy (Ref: image); for once, it's good to fool the other person and save him from ruining his day/week/month.
