On dropping out

Sounds cool!
Reminds me of Einstein, and founders of FB, Microsoft and Apple. They dropped out and look where they are. What does it tell you? as far as their current status is concerned, dropping out was a wise choice.

Of all the people I know, not everyone is doing what they learned in college. Actually, there is no What's new subject in engineering which talks about the in thing. Almost everything we do on the job is done from scratch, but, education backs you all the time.

What if the HR/Interviewer has questions like "What is it that you can come and take it forward from day one in the office", "If you like XYZ domain, what can you demonstrate right now". Guys who can answer that will find themselves placed in a good position, lot better than those who are still to find their niche.

Dropping out ain't cool, those who drop out are usually way too smarter for their peer group, these guys have already studied their courses and they have craved out a niche. That's what makes them think of dropping out; a plan in place, an idea to run with and a few friends to cheer does not get you all the things you want. Study/Learn your subjects, dropping out is easy.
