As simple as that

If it's so simple, why haven't you done it already...The obvious is really not the obvious.


If you are a business, you either build products to simplify the complex tasks, or you do the complex stuff and get paid for doing it. Just like I feel SMART Living is essential, I know for sure that smartness is just another word for simplicity, and we gotta work towards making things as simple/smart as possible.

When I think of simplicity, the things which come to my mind:
  • Google.com - u bet...this site gets some 400 million hits per day and it doesn't have anything else on its page except the search box. I just love it when google comes up with a new product, because all the products have one thing in common "They are simple and free", be it google.com, gmail.com, checkout.com, analytics.com, adsense.com, and google.com/reader etc.
  • APJ Abdul Kalam, Warren Buffet and Narayan Murthy - Spectacular track records, full of wealth and full of sensible expenses. My question "I understand business class travel is a total rip off, but, if you can afford it, why not", the answer "Just because you can do something doesn't mean you have to do it anyways".
Albert Einstein was working on cracking the code (one equation that solves every thing in this universe), but, he couldnt do it and we are still trying to crack the code. This one generic code for everything will really take us closer to simple living and there will be no room for confusions.

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. The only best part of the channels- THE EVER CHANGING ADVERTISING SECTOR WHICH COMES UP WITH EXTREMELY CR...

Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. The candidate you want to hire

If you are hiring, the best fit for you would be someone who can fit right-in without any kind of training. There are a lot of guys like that out in the market, but the challenge is that you need to find them, that explains why monster.com and naukri.com is such a big hit. So, I’ve been doing some interviewing for quite a long time now, and I believe that some of the good ways for you to find a candidate is to: Target potential companies and not candidates – if you find a company that works exactly like you do, then you get candidates from there who fit right in.
