WHY ME?..answered


This is what happens when an unstoppable force comes in contact with an immovable object. Now, that’s the exact line which bombards economy & employment. Both gotta stay no matter what!! Coz they are running businesses & making people work their asses off (for living).

Coming 2 my point…

Now again & again there is no point in bringing Recession to the table & blaming it for the present scenario…BTW who brings them, it’s us & not some aliens. I just have punched a mentality about this recession that “whatever has to happen happens!!”  

People who got placed in HP, Accenture, Emphasis, and EDS from my batch have already updated their resumes with 6 months of work experience. Wipro is like the first recruit of our university for many years & its really an achievement to get selected in it; on the contrary HP, Accenture, Infotech & EDS are the companies which are the 20-25th company visiting our campus for recruitment…so its no big deal getting in them.


What comes to my mind is when these people (who dint get in wipro & had to go through other interviews to finally crack one) dint ask “why me” in a sense that why only me getting rejected, then why am I to bother myself with “why me” in a sense that why have I still not got my joining.

B4: Dint make it to CTS (Why me???)

Now: thank god!! Coz CTS is never gonna call their recruits I guess (as it looks)

B4: Yes finally its Wipro, I am so lucky to get in it.

Now: y did I get in this company, I should have waited for some more time & tried for HP, Accenture & EDS etc. (Why me??)

B4: HP, EDS & Accenture pay lesser that Wipro..so wipro is far better.

Now: that’s no point coz they have already earned 6 months of work experience & money; I am still @ home making no money, I think they have an edge over wipro (Why me??)

My Prediction

Now: Wipro sucks as it’s taking so long to call us; it’s so so so so playing with our careers & time. (Why me??)

Perhaps Later: It’s good that it happened; now I got lotsa things to learn & I totally nail the things I do in the company.

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. The only best part of the channels- THE EVER CHANGING ADVERTISING SECTOR WHICH COMES UP WITH EXTREMELY CR...

Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. Reporting at Wipro office , (Guindy) Chennai- reached half an hour before and the process started just as we reached i.e. at 8:00am (bang on time) Talent ready to transform Form filling - have everything calculated to enter in your form i.e. all the 10th,12th & semester wise percentages.
