Make public servant/politician wear Google glass

Ok! Keep aside Google glass!  

As an executive, who has managed work and teams in the corporate, when we do a full-blown project planning and scoping, we sometimes run a pilot/prototype thru which we learn the realistic estimates of the job, which includes effort, cost, and every other kind of estimation. We use these estimations to make our project plans.

Now!

How about passing a bill that says every public servant should be in front of the public at all times. So, if we make every public servant/politician wear a Google glass and everything they do is recorded on a private server and used/scanned whenever required, don’t you think the corruption and the way the problems are dealt with will be clear to the public.

I mean, why can’t the job involve 24/7 video recording. It sounds absolutely atrocious, but hard times need hard measures. This can be done for a few terms, if not for the entirety. If we know that in a monitored environment, so much work is done by the government and so much money is required to run the activities, the we would find it extremely easy  to plan our governance based on that.

PS: I know, there are several question like “Who has the authority to scan the videos?”, “How would a public/servant have sex with his wife or other ladies without being coming in public eyes?”, “What if the Goolge-glass stops working?” Well, these aren’t difficult questions to answer if we have time to think and reason. So, yeah, forget about these question, start thinking about why not record their lives as long as they are in service.

PS: Google glass is just a tool. The major point is, why not record a public servants life when at service.
