Partying @ Hyderabad

I am back home & damn tired after the amazingly spent day. A very eventful day with a bunch of my friends from IIT-M.
The places explored & enjoyed
  • First stop was the Hyderabad trademark CHARMINAR- it really was a wonderful experience just coz it was my first time in the minar top's panoramic view, mainly the view overlooking Masjid & the spiral staircases psyched all of us.
  • Then it was time for lunch- so we headed to BAWARCHI and ordered one Chicken biriyani each with a plate of chicken 65 & chilly chicken. Awesome food (as usual) & almost 2 full biriyani's were left from the 7 ordered.
  • Next stop was Papu's House- after that he took us to his place & we all relaxed a bit and after a hello-hi to his mother we started from his house.
  • Then it was BIRLA MANDIR- it was my second time so no surprises, but a temple is always likable.
  • From there we came to EAT STREET- where we went on chatting/farting about football, sports, people, places etc etc. Then finally we went to the Buddha statue in Hussain Sagar on a ferry, I loved it coz that was my first time there. Had chaat, pani puri & butta for our dinner.
  • Now it was time for our night show @ PRASADS IMAX- I'd say the movie (The Dark Knight) was classy & the theater was my first ever IMAX experience (as in the real screen 6 effect)
  • Booze party @ Bharath's place- after the movie got over by 1:30am, we all reached home by 3:00am & then full on!! till 6:00am after which everybody crashed.

  1. Shakee (The know heavy weight amongst friends)
  2. Mallu (He is a pukka Malayali & a football captain)
  3. Randwa (Source to the Provogue Google's & camera)
  4. Hugga (got high with just 1 bottle beer & slept most of the time)
  5. Manoj (status='committed' & has a very philosophical mind)
  6. Pappu (Our talented driver & the only responsible guy (dint booze))
  7. Bharath (back from Schlumberger intern, The host of the party)
  8. Sailesh (my school mate, Screwed for his PJ's through out by Shakee)
  9. Girish (of course Me!!)- the only non-IIT'an of the group

PS: We had taken a lot of snaps which are still to be delivered to my mail, as soon as i get I would love to post them.

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. The only best part of the channels- THE EVER CHANGING ADVERTISING SECTOR WHICH COMES UP WITH EXTREMELY CR...

Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. Reporting at Wipro office , (Guindy) Chennai- reached half an hour before and the process started just as we reached i.e. at 8:00am (bang on time) Talent ready to transform Form filling - have everything calculated to enter in your form i.e. all the 10th,12th & semester wise percentages.
