MORNING WALK

Its really really effective, i have started 2 go for a morning walk and it has just been a week or so and it feels like heaven. I am going to a park which is in WEST K.K.NAGAR (near the police station). Lots of people come there and i can make a clear note that those who come are really good for their age and have a lot of health awareness, I can c that people have become really health conscious and are taking it seriously.

I am the new candidate in that park;-), but its just been a week and i already have few friends there. They are kids who come 2 play in the park (vollyball, cricket, stretching etc), they are regular and they don't ever miss out with any day(so far).

WHAT POSSIBLY A PERSON CAN DO IN THAT PARK

  • Walking
  • Jogging
  • Meditation- they have started it as free of cost and its really gr8 2 c every1 doing meditation and yoga.
  • Rides- for kids but also for us considering pull ups and push ups
  • Badminton court- its open air but it doesn't bother the play as its proximity to the walls of the park makes the wind ineffective.
  • Karate- people roll and learn there, not kids but guys of my age
  • Worship- there is a big Shiva idol which is really placed in the center of the park and its feels really good to enter the park with a look @ Shiva.

I don't do everything present in the list but i have my way of exercising, I go early in the morning @ 6:15am and come back by 7:15am, this one hour is consumed by Walking and stretching, after coming home i spend another half and hour with my Dumbol ;-).
