Everyone likes to do daddy talk or mommy talk

When we talk to kids, we do baby talk. When we do baby talk, our eyes are wide-open, our hands are moving in all directions (we kind of dance while talking), our words are slowly delivered and we are amusingly-loud; basically, (I think) we animate the experience for the kid. And, we genuinely believe that what we are saying/doing is very good for the kid’s ears and eyes, and we hope that the kid gets interested in whatever we are saying/doing. Fortunately, almost always, kids are really happy to listen and they just like the whole experience.

Just for once, did it not strike you that animating your speech might make things interesting in the office. I mean, I am not suggesting we do baby talk with our colleagues (that’d be lame); All I am saying is, some of us don’t have that (baby talk) kind of enthusiasm and that intent when saying/doing something in the office. If we genuinely believe what we are saying is good for the guys in our office, we will automatically be enthusiastic about it, and we might get them interested.

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. The candidate you want to hire

If you are hiring, the best fit for you would be someone who can fit right-in without any kind of training. There are a lot of guys like that out in the market, but the challenge is that you need to find them, that explains why monster.com and naukri.com is such a big hit.
