NO Suggestions please



Be the decision maker and hold accountability for all that happens in an event. No one to blame or praise, So, if the decision works out good, it's all because of you and if it doesn't, it's still because of you. I (We) kinda doubt my (our) instincts & judgment to come to any conclusion which is really crucial for me (us). In real life, there is nothing like the most sort after solution; most of the things are experimental or 'hit and trial'. Why to get a hit with some other person's trials when you go with your own. 

Say NO to suggestions (but not this one ;-), I mean, not all the times) where you are directly affected by the outcome, coz most of the times we start thinking about what we should do, then we go out and spread the word to get some unwanted words of wisdom and finally, our approach is no more our approach (if you know what I mean). Suggestions do great when the subject is team driven or when we do not have an approach at all or when the outcome is not critical to us. Be it a family decision, work decision or personal decision...Go with what you think  is write coz people suggest based on their past experiences and their analysis of the situation.


MENTORS are nothing less than gods here. They direct us to write things and make us realize what can/may happen if we take so and so step. This type of activity helps coz they dont tell us if our approach is right or wrong, they are trying to give you insights on other approaches and good takeaways for increasing your probability of seeking whatever is that your looking for.Finally, who doesnt like to give suggestions/advises or any kind of insights...everyone likes but this quote is especially for those who just wont stop preaching ;-)

All are references and "what if/According to me" resources but no one can assess the situation better than you coz ultimately your gonna experience the outcome. Dont take unwanted suggestions when you know its gonna be you who will have the final call.



Your suggestions are synonymous to meaningless barks unless asked for

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. Reporting at Wipro office , (Guindy) Chennai- reached half an hour before and the process started just as we reached i.e. at 8:00am (bang on time) Talent ready to transform Form filling - have everything calculated to enter in your form i.e. all the 10th,12th & semester wise percentages.
