The epitome of a person who tried 2 improve the corporate society with his sheer brilliance and off course experience has to be DALE CARNEGIE, there have been many others who have made equivalent impact but he is considered to be a demigod when its about self-improvement as his teaching have been attended by all famous established public figures and has literally revolutionized the employee interface in an industry.

I have been seeing the cover page of his books from when I was 6th standard (used 2 c my dad reading them) but dint pay much attention back then but now after one read, I know its standard and its value, According 2 me its a must read for each and every person on earth with even an iota inclination towards relationships (mainly in corporate/family).

  • Give honest and sincere appreciation

If these things are practiced and placed with an automation in our brains then we can reach the pinnacle of an industry and have no animosity with any single sole on earth...these were just the principles highlighted but the main essence of the book lies in those illustrative examples behind each and every principle....simply a master piece.
