Kidney on SALE

How on earth does such serious matter goes unnoticed and why is it cryptic through out the spree of business, eventually settling in its blues. Its not the business which really comes 2 play, its just the gullible junta which is so damn innocently murdered. This may be a global dispute but since it hasn't hindered most of us, we secede from the fight for its eradication ( why 2 bother!!!).

Points which really put me in a state of dilemma

1. WHO'S THE CULPRIT- Its not just the kidney being taken without the owners ascent, its also the consumers who buy it for the implant. (it goes 2 the doctor as well as the broker and the consumer who gets the implant done)
   
2. POOR DELUDED- Some of the owners sell their kidney with consent but they don't get the proper price for it, lets talk business- owner always gets the profit, but in this case the middle man almost gulps the entire money(so damn unfair!!).

3. FACT SHEET- kidney is sold for: 1.6Lakhs rupees, Kidney is implanted for: 16L rupees, as sources suggests (Hindustan Times article)

MY VERDICT

• Charge all the Doctors involved in this racket showing no leniency.
  
• Backtracking Algorithm: Use the doctors information sheet to lay down the customers and the owners of the kidney (use all means: Media, Internet or may be Cash Prices for those with proof of being involved ;-)). Finally, resettle the payment i.e make it a profitable transaction for the owner (at least do this for the poor soul!!!).
• Interrogate the Customers for the sources which led them to this doctors help. Make it a point to catch the brokers [;)]. But no harm to the customers what soever, coz they are the pathway to the roots.
  
• If at all Legal- make a proper channel for the needy owners to sell their kidney and receive the sumptuous in a legalized way. Its a win win situation for the owners and the consumers and also the innocently unaware public.
  
• Add a rule in the Law Suite (if absent): About the mode of selling and buying the organs, and state clearly what is legal and what is not.

P.S: It seems people with good education can turn into devils with the diversifying money inflow options.
P.S: I don't understand??? Why 2 sell the kidney for someone else??...here someone else refers to any person who is not even remotely attached to our life...for a family member!!!, its a matter of love & affection, that seems plausible.
