I just discovered that my boss gets paid some 100 dollars an hour, the pay components
A single solution to such bosses: Nod you head and never say a word nor try to reason/justify that the comment they made was utter rubbish, in other words, just shut up, park urself in the office, listen to all that they say and go home like it's just another day at the office.
Note: These bosses can be a good help in finding those little shortcomings in us, so, in a way, its good to have such a boss.
PS: I was about to write points and para's but I just saw the mastercard ad (you cant pay someone to do certain things, and for sure, some things money cant buy)
Being bossy with me- $10
Trying to make me feel like a no-one- $20
Smacking her head or exhaling deeply on me asking her a doubt - $20
Loudly saying that "I want the impossible to be done by the end of day" -$30
Asking a question and knowing I dont have an answer, but, still waiting for a reply- $10
Telling me stuff and asking me "Does that make sense" (like I have an option)- $10
Embarrassing me to the core by talking about how much time I waste on my phone, tea breaks and lunch - PRICELESS
