Y dont they acknowledge?

On the other day, I got really pissed to buy a fact that sometimes a lot of your close friends don't acknowledge you for all that you do, nor do they allow other potentials to do it. The agenda does not end here, these people will blabber the shit about you which might not even be close to reality (just with the intention of taking away that appraisal & not some malicious stuff).

They seem to give a hard kick to my ego & say to my face "you’re no big deal". They cannot be simply dealt with, coz after all they are your friends & you need them for all reasons except this one..;-)

I've been devilish enough to ponder upon this issue & get to some cheap shots to resolve it:

  1. Encrypt you accomplishments & don't welcome them totally- let them know that you did this coz they don't find it amusing enough.
  2. For whatever comment they make, just don't try to defend your point (defence mechanism is kinda harmful here)..trust me!! It's like "Been there, done that" for me...;-)
  3. Never share things which might lead to you being the guy in the spotlight i.e. the key player or the important guy sort of a thing
  4. For anything which is even remotely associated with your expertise, just act disinterested in front of them coz this might be the cause for another petty talk

Whatever man!! Just make them feel that you deserve to be acknowledged for all that you have done and for F**K sake!! Don’t look for acceptance & appraisals for all that you do coz friends really don't express these emotions that often (nor I what them to, coz it’s so damn formal). I am a modest guy, actually I'm excessively modest...so, I get this feeling quiet often...sigh!!. For all those who know me, I don't run for appraisals nor do I care about what others think of me but I just can’t stand this shit as this is what motivates me to do more.

    awww...yeah i know the feeling! but then the whole point is that you prove a point to your own self and NOBODY else-thats what matters most, cuz your adversary here is your own ego. proving a cause to someone else is a moot point! :)

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. Reporting at Wipro office , (Guindy) Chennai- reached half an hour before and the process started just as we reached i.e. at 8:00am (bang on time) Talent ready to transform Form filling - have everything calculated to enter in your form i.e. all the 10th,12th & semester wise percentages.
