The sense of ownership - a tool to evaluate your team memeber

I see that ownership is restricted to the actual owner. Frankly, I won't feel that I own something unless I really do. So, that's that.

But when you are working at an organization (a corporate set up), you will see that some have a clear sense of ownership (that is inherent but extremely apparent) and then there are some who clearly don't.

Sense of ownership is one quality that tells your manager/head/leader that you are ready for more and you want to aggressively progress. 

Give your leaders a sense of ownership. Good luck.

TV Channels ;-(

ohh these bloody TV channels are so damn getting into my nerves that its content has made me to write an article on my blog। There is absolutely no dilution of the channel content for weeks 2 go, I have been watching TV just coz I have all the time in this world till I get my joining date ;-) but again there is nothing left for me 2 watch as they broadcast the same thing again and again. WHATS THERE 2 CHANGE MUSIC- plz stop darde disco, ankhon mei teri, mauja mauja & move your body baby etc etc, Put some tracks which may date back 2 the 70s but not these again and again. If not the old list, start with some new movie albums and some tracks from strings or junoon which are nowhere 2 be seen. TV shows- start new seasons of the shows like friends, sienfeld or the OC, the desperate housewives or else change the show itself but plz dont torture with the same season again and again. The only best part of the channels- THE EVER CHANGING ADVERTISING SECTOR WHICH COMES UP WITH EXTREMELY CR...

Wipro- Reporting day

Better late than never...a perfect beginning for my blog post. It's time to write about my unexpected event which certainly did come to reality today. I used to search google for a post like this in my final year/post placements/post engineering but I never found anything informative & straight to the point with regards to the reporting day ( not trying to boast, really!! )...So, I've put in a little effort to give you the exact picture of whats what on the reporting day!! Wipro Technologies did is for us, it was our reporting day today (27th April 2009). Our training starts on May 4th 2009 (one more week to go). Let me just rewind & play the whole day. The candidate you want to hire

If you are hiring, the best fit for you would be someone who can fit right-in without any kind of training. There are a lot of guys like that out in the market, but the challenge is that you need to find them, that explains why monster.com and naukri.com is such a big hit.
