Routine builds momentum to getting things done
Sometimes you lose your momentum due to the many things happening around you; what used to take you 15 minutes to get done, is taking almost 2-3 hours now. You lose your momentum because some big thing comes and changes your routine…the routine was what was helping you keep/gain the momentum of doing-things, but because you messed with the routine, you lost the momentum. The only way you can get your momentum to get things done is by forming another or the same-old routine. Routine builds momentum. Period.
Now, I know why I am not able do my work as quick as I used to. Now I know why am I not really psyched about coming to office in the morning..Now I know why I get irritated by seeing a problem at workplace. The way I look at things has totally changed because I was down with VIRAL fever for 3-4 days and because of other negative thoughts in my mind…Anyways, I did get a lot of rest, I gotta feel good about it and start building my momentum once again.
